On behalf of our clients, well-established real estate companies, we are currently seeking a Property Technician/Operations Technician all around Sweden! Part-time and full-time positions with the possibility of permanent employment with our client afterward.
About the Role
As a Property Technician with our client, your responsibilities will include ensuring the proper maintenance, upkeep, and repairs of the assigned commercial property portfolio, primarily consisting of home and office spaces.
- Conduct inspections of both external and internal areas, technical spaces, and vacant premises.
- Supervise, maintain, and provide corrective maintenance on the property and its installations.
- Perform advanced corrective maintenance on installations and report findings in the designated reporting system.
- Handle and manage service requests and other issues through the incident management system.
- Monitor and track energy consumption (heat, electricity, water, and cooling) and initiate measures to reduce consumption.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors for maintenance tasks.
- Participate in maintenance planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee control and monitoring systems and take action in case of deviations.
To excel in this role, you should possess solid theoretical and practical knowledge of technical installations in real estate/properties. You should have several years of experience in a similar role, hands-on experience with computer-based control and monitoring systems, and ideally, a post-secondary education in property or facility management. Experience with an external service provider is advantageous, and a valid driver's license (B-körkort) is a merit.
