Job Description & Tasks:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for actively driving the company's sales and ensuring the successful execution of the sales process. Key tasks include:
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Conduct regular prospecting activities and maintain a CRM database.
- Initiate and follow up on prospect communications.
- Schedule and conduct customer visits.
- Execute canvas visits based on the strategies discussed in sales meetings.
Quoting and Proposal Submission:
- Prepare and submit comprehensive quotes to potential clients.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the operations manager to onboard new clients.
- Work towards and achieve set monthly and annual sales targets.
- Contribute to the development of company marketing goals.
- Propose and execute marketing activities.
- Monthly reporting of sales results as per the established reporting format.
- Establish and maintain long-term customer and business relationships within the primary target market.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Marketing Acumen: Ability to contribute to the development and execution of marketing activities.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems for prospect management.
Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve set sales goals.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
